John re-mustered to ALM in '69 onto Brits, converted onto Pumas in the mid-'70s and from '80, until his retirement in '96, as a MALM, on C130s. Re-joined in the RAuxAF in '97 on Pumas and C130s, finally retiring in '99. Now semi-retired John conducts history tours around the world for a large company and lives in Walmer, Kent. |

After leaving Bircham Patrick saw service at Stafford (62-65), Butterworth(65-67), Fairford & Abingdon (68-70), Muharraq (71) and Brize Norton (72-73). He remustered to Movs Cont and left the RAF as an SAC in '73. He then worked in Civil Aviation at Gatwick and by '95 had joined his wife's company until they sold their interest. They now run a riding stable near East Grinstead, Sussex |
